Natalie Rivers, DPT, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist
At a young age Natalie fell in love with fitness, nutrition and training the body to perform at its best through her love of soccer and running. After graduating from Salisbury University, she began working in the advertising industry. As a side job, she also worked as a personal trainer and spin instructor. The advertising industry never excited her as much as working with clients to reach their fitness goals. A strong desire to help people on a therapeutic level drew Natalie to physical therapy. She suffered several knee injuries that required surgery, and deeply respected the process of skilled rehab. Natalie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Howard University in 2016. No matter the goal, Natalie is devoted to helping individuals reach their prior level of fitness and beyond.
